Improvement Design and Experiment of a Small Deep-placement Fertilizer Applicator

چکیده
An small deep-placement fertilizer applicator (SDFA), to realize hill fertilization application and mark location with lime, was developed. It’s unique structure working principle were detailed. Orthogonal tests conducted by the software EDEM virtual simulation in order get parameters of applicator. The rotational torque much higher than resistant after optimization design. Field testing across different sites seasons showed that improved consistently placed synthetic at depth 18–21 cm plant spacing 49–52 cm. average amount released into each 54.5 g when set 55.0 g, which indicate design are effective.
